OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

3) An honest and forthright representation of ourselves and our product.
4) Courteous attention to all matters relating to your order.
All parts, except electrical, have a minimum 120 day warranty.
If there are any questions or if you would like to purchase these items, please contact us. There are no cash refunds on electrical parts, but we do give a future credit for future purchases on electrical parts.
You will be billed for the core amount at time of sale, and when we receive your old unit, the core charge will be refunded to your account.
A Core deposit is required on rebuilt and rebuildable used parts to encourage you to return your original old part so that it can be rebuilt. Core deposits on some parts are very high because they are irreplaceable - if these cores are not returned, there may no longer be any available to rebuild in the future.
CORE DEPOSIT REFUNDS
Be advised that you have 30 days, starting on the date of delivery to return the core part. After 30 days you are not eligible for core deposit amount originally charged on your invoice.
Cores returned for credit must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice, and it must be exactly the same part as the one you received, complete and assembled, and reasonably clean. All cores must be free of any physical or accident damage, modifications or any other damage outside of normal wear-and-tear that may deem the core non-rebuilable.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We Accept PayPal and Most Major Credit Cards.
Prepayment accepted with Money Orders or Certified Funds.
Wire Transfers Call for Information
We do not accept C.O.D. orders
All parts must be returned within warranty period.
All refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned part.

We do not refund any special shipping requests made by
customer IE: overnight, 2nd day air or 3rd day air fees.
Contact our office immediately upon receipt of a damaged part.
Save all packing material from shipped part.
