We sell quality used parts from recycled cars to folks with cars needing parts. In most cases we sell the parts outright. Some parts are just not available from dealers due to age mostly, or not available in the aftermarket.
When you see one of our parts offered ‘Exchange’ there is a Core Charge attached.
We do this to get your old part so we have the opportunity to rebuild it and recycle it. We do this so that the next customer who has the same type of vehicle will have the ability to fix and drive their vehicle.
When we get your old part back, we inspect your core to be sure it is rebuildable. If it is, we refund your core charge.
Exceptions to this are situations where the part is simply not rebuildable, due to broken or missing parts, or in the case of engine control DME’s, they have been opened or damaged so badly that there are no usable parts.
